OakSam Technology is a Nigerian technology infrastructure company based in Ilorin, Kwara State. Established in 1998, we began with sound equipment repair, fabrication, installation and maintenance.

Over the years, our work has expanded into solar energy, language laboratories, broadcasting, audiovisual systems, sound infrastructure and technology integration. Today, we combine hands-on technical experience with professional installation, commissioning, repair and long-term maintenance.

Our Journey

From Sound Engineering to Technology Infrastructure

OakSam's journey has been shaped by technical experience, changing client needs and a commitment to building systems that continue to perform long after installation.

1998 — Established

The Beginning

OakSam began operations with a focus on sound equipment repair, equipment building, installation and maintenance. This technical foundation became the starting point for the company's wider infrastructure work.

2002 — Solar Energy

Entry into Solar Installation

OakSam expanded its technical offering into solar installation, responding to the growing need for dependable alternative power solutions.

2007 — Language Laboratories

Beginning of Language Laboratory Projects

OakSam entered the language laboratory space, beginning a long-running relationship with educational institutions, including Kwara State College of Education.

2015–2016 — Expansion

Language & Communication Infrastructure

OakSam delivered a series of language and communication laboratory projects across educational institutions, including Federal College of Education Obudu, Union Baptist Grammar School, ECWA College of Education, College of Education Gindiri and Gboko College of Education.

2018–2019 — Advanced Educational Systems

Expanding Language Laboratory Solutions

The company continued delivering specialised language and communication laboratories, including the Kwara State College of Education, Oro project and a 42-seat Language and Communication Laboratory for a Faculty of Arts.

2021–2022 — Digital Learning Infrastructure

Expanding Across Institutions

OakSam delivered further digital language laboratory projects, including installations at the University of Ilorin, St. Paul Institute Nnewi and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Model College.

2024 — Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe

Continuing Institutional Technology Delivery

OakSam delivered a language laboratory project for Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe, continuing its long-term work in educational technology.

Today, OakSam combines decades of technical experience with modern technology solutions across language laboratories, solar energy, professional audio, broadcasting, conference AV and technology integration.
